AASTERA CONSULTING · TECHNICAL CONSULTING

Ongoing technical support
for your company.
Without hiring a tech director.

Aastera provides technical consulting for companies that want to reduce system issues, modernize the technology they rely on, and make safer decisions — without the cost of a full-time senior specialist. Starting from R$ 490/mo (~US$ 100), tailored to each case.

We build technology for companies like Skynet, Altri, Madalozzo and other growing organizations.

01 — PROBLEM

Does any of this sound familiar?

If yes, your day-to-day is probably missing someone with technical experience to give direction — without having to hire a full-time specialist.

PROBLEM 1

"Our system crashes and nobody knows why"

The team tries to fix things by tweaking until "it works", without really understanding what happened. Weeks later, the same problem returns in a different form.

PROBLEM 2

"Our developer left and everything stopped"

Technical knowledge is concentrated in one person. When they leave, nobody understands how the system works inside, and any change becomes a roadblock.

PROBLEM 3

"We know we need to modernize, but we don't know where to start"

The system is aging, but deciding what to do is hard — reorganize what exists, hire more people, switch vendors, rebuild from scratch? Without technical guidance, it's easy to choose wrong and waste money.

02 — WHAT WE DO

What's included.

So you don't have to guess. Each contract is built from this list — together we pick what makes sense for your company's stage.

Systems and servers

  • Investigating root causes when the system crashes or shows errors
  • Tuning servers for stability and speed
  • Automating the publication of new versions of the system
  • Continuous monitoring with alerts when something goes wrong
  • Reliable backup and a plan to recover quickly in case of major failure
  • Preparing the system to scale (more users, more data)

System structure

  • Technical analysis of how your existing system is organized
  • Reviewing important changes before they reach users
  • Reorganizing critical parts that block evolution
  • Support in technology decisions (which tool, which database, which platform)
  • Mapping what's technically behind and what's worth fixing first
  • Security practices (protection against common attacks, passwords, access control)

Technical team and processes

  • Supporting your team's developers with mentoring and direction
  • Helping a new developer come on board (understanding the system, gaining productivity)
  • Good practices for organizing code and team collaboration
  • Safe process for putting changes into production without breaking things
  • Technical documentation that stays up to date
  • Close involvement with the team during critical problems

Using artificial intelligence in development

  • Support adopting AI tools for development (Claude, Cursor, Copilot and similar)
  • How to get better results when prompting AI
  • How to validate AI output before applying it to the system
  • How to spot subtle errors in AI-generated code
  • How to stay in control of the process and not outsource technical thinking
03 — HOW WE WORK

No fixed package.
Tailored to your case.

Every company starts at a different point. That's why Aastera doesn't sell "plan A or B" — after understanding your scenario, a proposal is built with the format, scope, and value that make sense.

RECURRING

Ongoing technical support

For teams that need a technical specialist available regularly, with monthly meetings for reviews, guidance, and decision-making. Month to month, no lock-in. 30 days cancellation notice. Engagements start from R$ 490/mo (~US$ 100) and scale according to hours, complexity, and involvement type.

POINTED

Technical diagnostic of a specific problem

When the focus is to understand the real source of a problem — a recurring incident, a doubt about how the system is structured, a technology decision. Delivered in 7 business days: a technical report with root cause, verified hypotheses, and prioritized recommendations + a 1-hour meeting to present the results. Fixed price starting at R$ 1,500.

PROJECT

Project with defined scope

Migrations between platforms, large system reorganizations, implementation of a critical feature, integrations between systems. These cases don't fit in the recurring format or in a pointed diagnostic. We talk, the scope is built together, and you receive a proposal with timeline, milestones, and investment within 5 business days.

The starting point is always a 30-minute conversation, free, to understand your case.

06 — FAQ

Frequently asked.

Which technologies do you cover?

The focus is on technologies with years of production use: Laravel/PHP, Node/TypeScript, Python (FastAPI), Vue, React, Next.js, Flutter, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and Redis databases, and Linux infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and nginx. If your company uses something outside this list, it pays to talk first to see if it makes sense.

How does cancellation work?

For recurring engagements, month to month, no lock-in. Just give 30 days notice — no fees, no fine print. Pointed diagnostics and projects have scope defined in proposal before start.

Is there a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. Before any access to code, database, or internal documentation, a standard confidentiality agreement is signed. If your company has its own template, yours is used.

What about urgent incidents outside the agreed schedule?

Response time is defined case by case, depending on the contracted format. For urgencies outside what was agreed, the usual approach is opening a pointed window with separate value (quoted on the spot) or adjusting the contract to a more robust format. Aastera doesn't run 24/7 on-call — that model degrades work quality over time.

Can I start small and scale later?

Yes — that's the default. Most companies start with a pointed diagnostic or a few monthly hours to see if it fits, then adjust scope as the relationship matures. No friction to grow or shrink — just notify with 10-15 days notice for schedule rearrangement.
